Kick-off Meeting
In the Kick-off Meeting, the project consortium meet in order to discuss the budget, time, and action plans of the project. Further, the partners will present a dissemination plan and discuss it in terms of time, content and effectiveness.
As part of the project´s risk management, the consortium will talk about possible risks and prepare an emergency action plan.
